These terms apply to your use of itsnadora.com (the “site”), operated by Nader Abbass (“Nadora”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

You may browse, read and share the site for personal and business purposes. Please don't:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the site;
• try to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• submit spam, false information or harmful code through any form;
• impersonate us or suggest an endorsement that doesn't exist.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the articles, videos, designs, logos and other content on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the original page. Please don't republish whole articles or present our content as your own. Product names and logos of third parties belong to their owners.

Free resources

Prompts, templates, checklists, code and other free resources are licensed to you on these terms:

• You may use them for personal and commercial projects, including client work.
• You may adapt and modify them for your own use.
• You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute them as-is (for example, selling a resource or posting it in another library or marketplace).

Resources are provided “as is” and you are responsible for checking that they suit your situation.

Services and client projects

Information on the site about services, such as SaaS MVP development and AI automation, is a general description and not an offer. Submitting an application does not create an obligation for either side. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, price, timeline, ownership and other terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

No guarantees

Content on the site is shared for educational and informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Results from tools, prompts, products or approaches we describe vary, and we make no promises about outcomes, revenue or performance.

The site links to third-party websites and to our own products (such as Octoposta, Nolvi, CalCal AI and AI Dukk), which have their own terms and privacy policies. Those terms, not these, govern your use of those products and sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
